Early on in the life of this blog, I posted on office treadmill hacks. It looks like the fad is continuing, and maybe even catching on a bit.
The key is to keep the rpms low… even going at less than 2 miles per hour can burn serious calories in a morning.
I used to have a lawyer friend who had to listen to hours of depositions. He would load them on his ipod and set out walking for hours. Lost a lot of weight too!
