It’s a difficult Monday, as you can see by the slow post count. I’m tired and generally a bit out of it this morning. I can’t seem to get in gear s
o to speak. Funny, then, that I stumble across this post about increasing productivity and energy levels. Some good tips here, but I think right now I’m going to focus on tip number 8: “Eat Bigger Meal in the Middle of the Day.” If my afternoon posts are more numerous and filled with vim and vigor, then you know this tip worked.
