If you’re like me, you spend most of your day wrestling with Microsoft Outlook. Let’s just say that Outlook is not the friendliest, nor the most self-explanatory software program Microsoft ever made. But part of the reason Outlook is such a bear is because Bill built in a virtual encyclopedia of features and tools to help you manage email. Just because you don’t know of, can’t find, or wouldn’t know how to use these tools in a million years isn’t exactly Outlook’s fault, is it?
